You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium (electronic or otherwise) and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.  All items offered by Torah Flashcards are for your own personal use only.

Example: If you are a teacher, you may not distribute our products (files) to your students.  Each of your students needs to buy his/her own membership.  They in turn may not distribute our products to others.  However, a teacher may incorporate our products into their own work such as lessons and presentations and distribute his/her work to their students, but may not sell their work that contains our products.

If you are a school, you may not distribute our products to each of your teachers.  Each teacher needs to purchase a membership.  

Assignability:

You can not sub-license, redistribute, resell, assign or transfer license of Torah Flashcards subscription, or its associated files to anyone else.

Ownership:

All  files are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Warranty Policy

Torah Flashcards products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind - either expressed or implied. In no event should Torah Flashcards be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
